1. Purpose
This Safety Policy governs use of the AllScanTool platform. It applies to all users of allscantool.com and any associated services. By using AllScanTool you agree to this policy in full.
AllScanTool is designed exclusively to help freelancers and developers identify security vulnerabilities, integration conflicts, and delivery-layer issues in code they have a legitimate right to scan. It is not designed or authorized for any other purpose.
2. Intended Use
AllScanTool may only be used to scan code for which you have a legitimate right. Permitted uses include:
- Code you wrote or substantially modified
- Code you have been contracted or employed to work with
- Code you have received explicit written permission to review
- Generating scan reports to provide to clients as proof of delivery quality
3. Strictly Prohibited Conduct
Violation of any prohibition below may result in immediate termination of access, reporting to relevant authorities, and pursuit of available legal remedies.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Scanning code you do not have the right to access, possess, or review
- Using AllScanTool to probe, test, fingerprint, or reverse-engineer third-party systems without explicit written authorization from the system owner
- Submitting code containing malware, exploits, or payloads designed to harm AllScanTool's infrastructure, systems, or users
- Attempting to circumvent, bypass, or exploit AllScanTool's security controls, access restrictions, or authentication systems
- Generating, altering, or presenting scan reports in a misleading or fraudulent manner
- Using scan results to facilitate unauthorized access to any system
- Using AllScanTool for competitive intelligence gathering against other parties without their consent
- Automated bulk scanning, scraping, or any use that places unreasonable load on the platform
- Sharing credentials, API keys, or access tokens with unauthorized parties
- Using AllScanTool for any purpose that violates applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
For the complete list of prohibited activities see the Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Scan Report Integrity
Every AllScanTool scan report includes a Verification Report Number (VRN). This allows any holder of the report to confirm it is authentic and unmodified.
You must not alter, fabricate, or misrepresent the findings in any AllScanTool scan report. Presenting a modified or fabricated report as authentic is a violation of this policy and may constitute fraud under applicable law.
- Do not alter or remove findings from an exported report
- Do not present a modified report as an authentic AllScanTool report
- Do not use a scan report in any way that is misleading to the recipient
Report verification is available at allscantool.com/verify/.
5. Scan Scope and Limitations
AllScanTool scans are automated and heuristic. A scan report indicates which patterns were detected at the time of scanning. Scans do not constitute a security audit, professional security assessment, penetration test, or certification of code safety. AllScanTool is not liable for vulnerabilities not detected by the scan engine.
Scan results are provided for informational purposes only. They should be treated as one input in a broader code review and quality assurance process, not as the sole or definitive basis for security decisions.
A clean scan result means no patterns matching the current rule set were detected at the time of scanning. It does not mean the scanned code is free of all vulnerabilities or fit for any particular purpose.
6. Platform Integrity
You must not take any action that interferes with the availability, integrity, or performance of the AllScanTool platform. This includes:
- Denial of service attacks or any action that impairs platform availability
- Unauthorized access attempts to any AllScanTool system, account, or data
- Injection of malicious input designed to corrupt, exploit, or disrupt the scan engine
- Any attempt to extract, copy, or reproduce AllScanTool's rule set, scoring logic, or proprietary systems
7. Reporting Safety Concerns
If you identify a safety concern, a security vulnerability in AllScanTool, potential abuse of the platform, or any conduct that violates this policy, report it immediately using the contact details below.
AllScanTool takes all safety reports seriously. Reports will be acknowledged promptly and investigated in good faith.
